The Property Management Division at Champions Real Estate is always happy to take on the task of guiding Property Owners with their investment properties for rental purposes. We best serve our clients utilizing the following three areas of expertise.

•  LEASING DEPARTMENT

•  MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

•  ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

Our leasing department will thoroughly screen prospective tenants including rental history, employment history, income verification, credit reports and criminal records. Your rental property will have maximum exposure in the market through multiple advertising venues including signage, newspapers, our Internet web site and referrals. Leases will be negotiated with tenants to accommodate the owner's needs.

Maintenance of the rental properties is always of utmost concern keeping the owner's best interest in mind. Property Management will work directly with the tenants and vendors while over seeing any repairs that may arise. Property owners are always notified of any maintenance issues over $100.

The accounting department collects all rents and disburses proceeds directly to owners or to a designated banking institution of choice. Property owners receive monthly statements showing rental income and expenditures. We also provide 1099 forms at the years end as required by law.

If you would like the service of Full Property Management we charge a 7% commission fee of the monthly rent.

We also provide a Lease Only service, which includes all the services of our Leasing Department plus a move in inspection, for a commission fee of ½ the first month's rent.
